The Long Missile arm is produced by Rimtech and shoots a huge, long-range missile (LRM) that can cause a great deal of damage. Unfortunately, the LRM doesn't come equipped with a seeker so it can't home in on its intended target. If the target moves out of the way, the LRM will simply strike whatever is in its path.
The Long Missile deals high kinetic damage and medium energy damage, but has a slow rate of fire and no homing capability, so it's generally best for assaulting enemy bases. It's only comparable to the Sniper Laser from Neuropa.
