The Hand-to-Hand (HTH) Upgrade legs are produced by Rimtech, and are designed to boost the effects of hand-to-hand combat. In fact, that HTH Upgrade will cause an additional 50% of damage making its wearer extremely lethal.
The HTH Upgrade legs give a bonus to melee damage, particularly necessary for Rimtech which somewhat lacks offensive capability. They have no comparison in-game, as the two other corpo-nations have high-damage arms.
To be produced, the A.I. Facility must be build.
